北礦磁材科技有限公司（簡稱北礦磁材）是由中央直屬大型科技企業北京礦冶研究總院為主發起人，聯合北京鋼鐵研究總院等5家企業共同發起設立的科技先導型有限公司。

北礦磁材于2000年9月6日成立，2004年5月12日在上海證券交易所上市。

北礦磁材的前身從事磁性材料及器件的生產和研發已經有四十余年的歷史，是國內較早的鐵氧體開發和生產單位之一，也是國家磁性材料工程技術研究中心的依托單位之一。產品銷往中國各地以及歐、美、日、港、臺等生產廠家。

北礦磁材繼承了科研院所尊重知識，尊重人才，團結求實的優良傳統，擁有一支長期從事產品開發的高素質專業科技隊伍和一批國內外知名專家。公司現有員工近600人，工程技術人員約為200人，其中高級以上技術職稱的專家有40余人。

公司于1997年在國內行業中率先通過了ISO9002國際質量體系認證，2000年通過了ISO9001認證。近年又通過ROSH認證。

BGRIMM Magnetic Materials & Technology Co., Ltd(BM for short) is a pacesetting technologically advanced corporation, set up by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the large-sized scientific and technological enterprise directly under central government, as the main sponsor, which allying jointly with China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group and other five corporations.

BM was established on September 6, 2000, and went public at the Shanghai Stock Exchange on May 12, 2004.

The predecessor of BM had been engaged in producing, researching and developing magnetic materials and devices for over forty years, as one of earliest developer and manufacturer of ferrite in China and the supporter for The National Magnetic Material Engineering Research Center as well. The products are sold to manufacturers in various places of China, European nations, US, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan。

Inheriting the excellent tradition of respecting knowledge, respecting talents and owning spirits of comity and factualism from the former science research institute, BM owns a high-quality and professional scientific research team and a passel of famous experts from home and abroad who are engaged in long0term product developments. Our company possesses nearly 600 employees, among whom about 200 persons are engineering technicians, and over 40 persons are experts with technical title above high grade.

BM took the lead in passing ISO9002 International Quality System Standard among the domestic industry in 1997, and passed ISO9001 International Quality System Standard in 2000. Recently we have just passed the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
